Coronado Apartments is a great place to live! I would still be living there but I had to move...now I live in Lakewood at a place that it takes 2 weeks to get something fixed....that would never happen at Coronado...the maintenance team takes care of anything within 24 hours usually. This place has a great location - close the the best King Soopers in Boulder and the bus to campus comes right between the buildings on Moorhead. There is assigned off street parking and I had a view of the Flatirons from my balcony. This place is beautifully maintained - older buildings but that means well insulated walls...in the place I'm living now, I heard my neighbor sneeze the other day! (I'm not kidding...) If you have the opportunity to live here you will have landed in a great place! This is a great place to be too if you are a professional or graduate student because management is very conscientious about keeping any loud parties from happening (at least more than once) and if there is ever a problem between you and someone else living there, they do their best to make sure they talk to the person that is being a problem.
