I lived at 3904 Watson Rd. for about 10 years. The location was convenient If the car broke down the bus was right there. Utility bills were low and rent was reasonable. Denise,the manager,was always pleasant and helpful. Repairs were made quickly and correctly. I only spoke to the owner once. He was also friendly and helpful. I actually miss my apartment. ...

I lived at 3904 Watson Road for a good 10 years. Public transportation was right outside the building. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Denise the manager was always helpful and considerate. If I had a apartment problem It was taken care of quickly. I recommend these apartments . ...
