There could be better management on some of the issues in the complex. However, maintenance is great! Some of the people in the complex arent the best BUT, you can find a few good people. I usually just work and school, social life is kind of dead for me.

I live in a two bedroom apartment with one other person. The apartment is more than spacious for the given price. Because these apartments are targeted to everyone it could be kind of a mixed bag when it comes to neighbors. The apartments allow pets so you can often hear dogs barking and because of how the buildings are set up, the barking echoes and could be heard from buildings away. The noise insulation within the apartment is great because you can barely hear my house mate's tv despite being at full volume. I just wish the sound insulation from the outside was better. The grounds are well kept but with that you can constantly hear lawn mowers and leaf blowers very frequently. It is almost excessive at this point because they don't really let the grass grow before mowing. That combined with the 2+ times a week dumpster collections noises are mildly annoying. For students, this is a pleasant place to come back to after a long day at school, but if you are working/studying from home, the ambient sounds can be distracting. ...
