This landlord says that she only accepts quiet, graduate students for tenants. However when I moved in their were three noisy tenants upstairs who threw parties constantly despite many neighbors calling the police. She kept my security deposit despite the fact that I did no damage and did not owe rent. Additionally the living spaces are dark, small with uneven floors. The landlord also lives far away, does not maintain the yard which is a jungle and the backyard is a swamp. Avoid this property unless you plan on her keeping your SC and don't mind the dangerous neighborhood. ...
