DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are 2 different species of cockroaches and bedbugs. Don't know what a bedbug is? Look it up, you have to throw your furniture away to not take them with you. The heaters and bathrooms leak into the apartments below. The laundry room is FILTHY. The management company is so disinterested in the building that, despite the "handy man" that lives in the building, when someone vomited in the stairwell it took over a month before anyone cleaned it up. When people move out and leave their furniture, the company piles all the furniture next to the dumpster, inviting bums to rummage though the pile and, on one occasion, a giant bonfire that caught the building on fire.
