  • Update your staff list

Is your contact page and list of staff updated? Having an updated list with contact information will help those seeking to get in touch with you. 

  • Reset old passwords and review user accounts

Whether you're using CP4 or CP5, be sure only current staff members have access to to your admin area. It's best practice for several members of your paper to have login accounts and that each person has the appropriate publishing premissions, which can be set in the admin area. 

  • Get trained

Having as many staff members fluent with the Content Management System your site utilizes is the key to success for the web edition of your publication. We will be sending out information soon about how you can sign up for conference calls for training on using the CP4 and CP5 software, as well as the Atlas Admanager system.

MAKE THE MOST OF LOCAL ADVERTISING POSSIBILITIES

  • Change your rate card online

Are all of your advertising rates current and easily accessible on your page? 

  • Are you selling your newsletter adspace?

CP5 users have the ability to upload a 468x60 px banner within the newsletter. This is a great opportunity to bring in some extra advertising revanue. 

  • Access  Atlas

With CP5, you can use the Atlas Admanager system to upload and launch local ad campaigns. With the system, you can use an array of different ad mediums and track stats. Contact us to schedule an Atlas training session.
